I appreciated the polite staff and generous breakfasts. Location was close to lakes and parks. I had the double room and it was airy. Nice garden outside.

I loved neat staff and impressive interior. Air conditioned hotel, very specious room, nice bed. The location was ideal, not very far from Church of st John. Green garden and nice pool.

Everything was excellent and loved my stay there. The funny staff was the best thing, was always available. Excellent breakfast with plenty of omelette, bread, milk, cheese and pastries to satisfy every guest. The hotel has optimal location not far from the motorway and the Lake District and a river.

Will be returning here soon if ever in Penrith, it was dope! The staff where loyal and food was delightful. We got room with a flat-screen TV and a study table - excellant value for money.
